You can get live help in signing up for health insurance and qualifying for financial help with the cost.

If your state operates an insurance exchange, you’ll be directed to the correct site.
Open enrollment ends March 31. If you want your coverage to kick in on April 1, 2014, you need to sign up by March 15.
